If you want to watch flash videos (.flv), get TCPMP then install the flv plugin.

If you want to watch Youtube videos, you have a few options. Skyfire allows you to watch Youtube directly in-browser. If you want to use Youtube's own gadget, go to m.youtube.com and there is a link for download. Alternatively, you can get YoutubePlay and use that.

It can help to do a little reading yourself to get a better understanding.

I would suggest a good place to start would be here with Gigi's excellent guide.

Then you could move on to the other stickies in the forum for New people found here.

I point these out mainly because your question is a little vague.
