x50v Wm2003se to WM5 (Without Usb Cradle)
Got a Axim x50v but my Cradle has bitten the big one and stopped working, I got a Sd card today as I believe CF Micro Drives don't work for Updating. So I formatted the Sd card to Fat32 and got the rar marked (Dell x50v WM5 A01 Rom - includes bootloader) and unpacked it then copied it as it was to the SD Card File Structure intact. Now when I try to do the Wifi Power Reset button thing to start the ball rolling the Bootloader comes up and goes strait to fail please try again.

I guessing im missing something as within the folders of said update Rom is an Img file but no CRC or nb0 files.

Oh Im running WM 2003se and trying to update to WM5 with the aim of getting to 6 but understand I have to do it incrementally.

I have read through one of johnho 2005 posts downloaded the wm5 A01 File with the CRC and nb0 in it although it has two of each a set of B and Set of K crc and nb0 files I moved the K ones to the sd card after reformatting it Fat32 and when I do the wifi power rest button it comes up with no suitable image found?

Another note is that my Axim is running WM2003se 4.21 A02 came from the shop like this a few years ago.

John it's booted up in WM5 A01 top stuff. Sluggish but tommorrow I will update to A02 and then on to WM6. Im hoping that after all of this it becomes a bit easier to connect to my Apple Airport (Probably Not)

Just a quicky, :) Can I go straight from WM5 a01 to WM6 Lennys test 2? Or do I have to work up through the WM5 builds?
