As acejavelin said - yes and it will also charge in the slot on the back of the cradle. :)

Just make sure you buy the Dell OEM cradle. Some of the aftermarket brands don't have the slot in the back to charge an extra battery. :exc:

Thanks ... yes, it is a Dell OEM one. It's been awhile since I had one so I couldn't remember if it was fitted to handle an extended battery or not.
