How can you correct the Settings' MENU?

In the setting's menu there are two doubles of the same programs on my x51v. When I try to eliminate one, I constantly get "Unable to move that item." One of these is GAMES, which is on the Today, Start list. When you click it there, it opens and is empty. When you click it on the Menu, you get "Unable to move.... My question is "HOW DO YOU CLEAN THIS FEATURE, "MENU", SO THA IT IS CLEARED UP? Obviously, I've done something wrong. THANKS!

As Box says, try a soft reset. (Poke the reset hole in the back of the Axim)

Using File Explorer or similar go to the start menu folder in the windows folder and remove the extras there.
