You do, I believe. I do here in Tennessee whenever I get something from Dell. SO, I have it shipped to our office in Kentucky!

I honestly have no knowledge of the release times, as I do not have any contacts at Dell with access to this information.

I'm solely basing my post on Dell's previous releases of Axims, Laptops, etc.

Well crap. Add to that the $99 for the double life battery and I could just as well get an HP4705.

Well crap again. It's an iPAQ. So it's a Compaq. Which is also in Texas!

I am doomed to taxation!

But even though the hx4705 has a larger battery, I believe that it lacks some of the "power conservative" hardware that the X50 is supposed to have. I personally am waiting to see a review comparing the battery performance on the two models.

but the hx4700 doesn't have the 2700g. It's also really big, bad for games w/ the touchpad. A 600 dollars for the unit and ~3300 mah of battery compared to 650 for the unit w/ an 1800 mah battery.

Dell charges sales tax on orders delivered to Texas, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Virginia, Missouri, California, Wisconsin, Nevada, Colorado, New Jersey and Washington.

Also, if you live in Alabama, California, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia or Wisconsin, you're going to have to pay sales tax after all your out-of-state internet (or phone, etc.) purchases the following year when you file your income tax returns. There will be a separate line on the form to fill in for that purpose.

Just so you guys know :approve:
