Search for Microsoft Portrait.

It supports both audio and video through MSN .NET passport accounts or directly

I always thought that Microsoft Portrait was still in it's beta stage. I had it on my X5 and wasn't able to use it before I sold it.

Does Microsoft Portrait support audio and video?

Yep - Portait does both. I've had limited success with it.

You can "dial" by MSN buddy name

or

Search for Skype

For a different approach

One more thing, does Microsoft Portrait support all Pocket PCs or just voice-over-IP enabled Pocket PCs?
