Anyone load HP mobile printing utility on x50v

I loaded the HP mobile printing utility 2003se version and received an error that the program couldn't find files, so I uninstalled and tried again with the same errors.

so I downloaded just the 2003 version. Installed it, I did receive a warning the the program was for a older version of pocket pc. clicked OK,seemed to work and run on the x50v.

Here's my problem, when I print anything including the test page, it prints it SO small. (3 by 4 inches or so) Looked for settings, no luck. So I setup another printer with the same results.

Anyone using this utility? Is it working?

I loaded the newer version for 2003SE on my X50v. However, haven't have much luck in running it. Manage to print the test page (still 4x3) some of the times. Can't print from IE or other apps.

I can't find the 2003 version on the hp site any longer. I heard people had better luck with that. Do you mind share that with me so I can play with it. PM/email me.

I use it on my X50v without a problem. Didn't do anything special. Just installed and started printing. Everything comes out normal sized, including the test page.

I Installed it on my X50v and cant print anything . I get an Error # 3017 when trying to print to a network printer ... Dont see any support info on the HP site refering to this error.. Oh Well . I'll keep trying

I have an HP 952 printer that I share as a network printer thru my PC (windows XP) on my home wireless network (Linksys wireless). How do I set up to work with HP mobile printing (if its possible)? I get stuck at naming the ip address/domain step.

i print to a HP LJ4000 and it prints fine... installed fine without errors

How did you print in word or other application. I can print in PIE, test page but notting else.

I installed and currently use it to print both VIA IR and Bluetooth. Use a HP 450WBT printer, works like a charm.

This did not work for me, but they released a new rev on 1/28/05 and it works wifi again on my x50v printing to a deskjet 5800 series
