yes but not sure if it worked!!
my skype name is aximfrog
There is a test robot you can call - echo123. I tried it and was surprised at how easy it was to make a call.
I also tried to call you, aximfrog, but it said you weren't online. I did a search thru the directory and searched on "axim" and you were the only hit. Maybe I'll try you again at some point.

I have heard it said that the death penalty is not enough of a deterrent.
I think that's because it takes too long to be carried out.
I tried it and its great! The only thing is for conference calls with like 3 other people, the ppc version cant invite. Otherwise its excellent sound quality. I had to use my head phones though.
Perhaps someone can recommend a good head set that is good and clips onto the ear,,,, and also cheap.
If I leave my Skype running and the PPC powers itself down, when I turn it on again I get "Cannot execute \Program Files\Skype for Pocket PC 1.0\Skype.exe" error.
If I leave my Skype running and the PPC powers itself down, when I turn it on again I get "Cannot execute \Program Files\Skype for Pocket PC 1.0\Skype.exe" error.
Anybody else get that?
That might be why there's the option of "prevent device standby mode when on-line"... Just a guess.

I did this several times, but i did not have any problems. Skype would reconnect automatically when i turn it on.

Found a fix for this on the Skype Pocket PC forum.
I still can't receive any authorizations though, although everything works fine and I can IM or call
