Is it legal to post the game pack CD online?

yup, it is not legal, just because you got it as a deal doesnt mean its free to distribute

Not legal. It's like Prince giving copies of Musicology to everyone who bought a ticket to his last concert. He didn't want people to distribute it over the web it was done as a sign of respect to his loyal fans. Dell's doing the same with this CD to there loyal customers.

For US Home orders I believe it does - just not the orders through business.

Gamepack is not included in anywhere else than USA as far as I know.

Let me correct that one. I actually checked my original order and it did have a line: Axim X50v 3D Games CD
So it actually seems to be included (although the sales rep said that it isn't)
