syncing calander

I put all my meetings in my calander on my X50 and when I synced with Outlook, it changed all the times in Outlook. They stayed the same on my PPC, anybody have a clue what is up with this?

Is daylight savings time selected on one but not the other?

the time on my laptop is off by a few hours, but I don't think that would make a difference when putting times in the calander. I will try fixing it tomorrow though, I gotta get to bed.
