BT Think Outside Error Message

This is the message I get when trying to connect my keyboard:

"The device does nto offer any usable services. Please enable any desired services on that device or chose another one."

Has anyone run across this before?

Hey, try downloading the v4.0 driver and installing it. But before that, uninstall and manually delete all stowaway files.(there might be one that is undeletable but I think its fine)

Dell ppc doesnt show up in thinkoutside site, but we can use the ipaq ones :hide: it works.

I have been doing that. I deleted all files and folders after uninstalling. I tried the 4.0 first, then the 3.1's. I uninstalled and soft reset then reinstalled. For some reason it will not show any available "stacks". I am completely new to BT technology but the PPC sees the keyboard, but says the drivers do not have any available services.

Make sure the batteries in it aren't dead. When you push Ctrl+Left FN+Right FN, you should see a blinking green LED by the place indicated on the manual. My unit shipped with dead AAA batteries.

Nope, the light also flashes when I press those buttons. What is the heck is the issue?! Anyone ever called Think Outside's tech support? How is it? Should I call them or talk to Amazon.com instead since they JUST sent me this?

I'm having the same problem here with the Think Outside Universal BT Keyboard.... and nothing I do seems to help with it. I did download and install the new driver, but that just gave me a BT mouse icon ;(

Quick question... should this be installed to default memory? So far, everything I've installed, I've sent to the SD card (except for one thing that said it had to go elsewhere)... is there a problem with doing this?
