Transcriber Q

I love using transcriber on my new x50v but I'm having trouble with it recognizing certain words such as 'lol' it keeps putting 'lot' regardless of whether i print or write in script. I added it to the 'my words.dct' file on my pc and because I can't view the actual file on my ppc to make sure the word is on the list i created another .dct and added it on that one. both are checked in the advanced settings area of transcriber yet it still types 'lot'. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. :)
