Automatically Turns on?

When i have it turned off after putting it on the cradle it turns back on. I went threw the older thread on this subject and followed some of the things that others have done but still no luck still turns on? Any other remedies found for this problem?

Mine sometimes turns on when I put it in the cradle and remove it from the cradle. But not always.

Before turning it off stop activesync syncing and then go into running programs and stop activesync. Works for me.
