Theme generator

I'm not certain what theme generators people are using but I ran across this when I was searching. It's free and supports VGA. :)

am I the only one having trouble installing this program? Every time I try (for a solid week now, and I've downloaded the setup file several times) I get this installshield error that says "An error occurred while downloading the file http://www.installengine.com/cert02/...e/isscript.msi. What would you like to do?" If I hit retry I just keep getting the same error so eventually I have to give up.

Well, you will first have to install the microsoft theme generator. Maybe you haven't done that first?

For making an "extended' theme, the this plugin requires extra icons "today and start menu images". Anyone know where to get those? I don't feel like creating them my self, as they are just used by spb pocket plus, and I don't have that app. I would just like to create a vga theme.

Can you create a vga theme that is both portrait and landscape compatible? I mean like the Dell theme and standard one.

Is there anything beside Microsoft Theme Generator 2 and Spb Extended Theme Generator plugin to create themes? I installed both tools and thought they were so buggy.
