PPC Dvd

After browsing through some threads, and utilizing some of the ideas, and downloading near a dozen programs, I've found that the easiest and fastest way to send DVD to your SD/CF is via:
1) DVD Decrypter
a) open file / dvd
b) Edit/Select Main Movie Files
c) File/Decrypt
d) 30 min later, done
2) PocketDivXEncoder
a) select the dark gray PPC from open screen
b) open file to encode (.vob that DVD Decrypter made)
c) use slider bars for video qual and Audio qual to set output size to the size you want
d) 'Direct Encoding'
e) 1 hr later, done
3) D/L to your PPC
4) use betaplayer 0.93
5) works like a charm

^.^

Agree with invader.

Personally I use SmartRipper instead of DVD Encrypter (freeware) and with PocketDivXEncoder I use 2 pass encoding at 15 frames per second. I find this gives amazingly good quality of both video and audio (mono) on my X5 400 Mhz, using a 256 MB CF card.

Sweet. That looks like a quick way to get the job done right the first time!
