Sprite Restore Problem

I have sprite backup and my device crashed over the weekend. After executing the self-executing restore, all of my third-party apps are non-functional (including SpriteStart.exe). Anyone know why this could be? I had it set to backup all programs too (I believe). When I load the restore, all the check boxes are red, this means it should restore everything, correct?

Did you softreset the device?
You do have have the option to exclude all exe.'s in Sprite Backup settings. Did you do that?
That's about all I can think of.

Yes, it should be restoring all of your programs as they were before you backed up. Are you using the latest version of Sprite Backup. 3.1.3?
