Order date vs. Shipping Date

Greetings All!

I was wondering how many of you ordered after I did and recieved your Axim already.

I ordered on 11/19/04. Shortly after that I checked my order status, and it was set for delivery on 12/14/04.

Now I just recvd an email last night saying that it would not ship until 02/14/04.

I have gotten $150 in coupons that never seem to work though....


Anyway I just wanted to know.

I orderd a Axim X50 Mid, and a Belkin travel charger.

I ordered an X50V (with no other accessories) Sunday 12/5 and it is out for delivery today 12/10. Original ship date was supposed to be 12/7. I paid with credit card.

From a UK perspective - ordered on 16th Nov, out for delivery on 14th Dec. Almost a month from order to receipt.


By the way - how are things in Michigan? One of my favourite places in this world. Especially up north near Traverse City & the Sleeping Bear Dunes. And the UP too. You lucky people!

Oh, I could do with a trip up there this weekend. :rolling:

Thanks for the info. Maybe I will lock down my coupons, and cancel and order a X50v. Should be about the same price now...

It is Michigan in the winter. Not sure if you would enjoy it now. It's cold and grey and windy. One of the better days to stay in and read a book, and sip some hot cocoa. :P

I ordered Tuesydat last week (beginning of December) and got my X50v this last Wednesday.. so maybe 7-8 days including 1-2 days of courier. Note that I included no extras (no game CD). Some people here seam to suspect the game D is holding up orders? I also ordered via Dell Canada (which is a web redirect to Dell.com with a Canada code) and I thin it shipped from the US. *shrug* I was annoyed at the 5 days before they shipped.. didnt' know there was a bottleneck, but I got lucky :) :(
