Is a bluetooth joypad possible?

Just wondering, wouldn't it be a very nice idea if there's a bluetooth joypad that's also affordable?
No more fumbling with small buttons and screen controls.
Nevertheless, is it actually possible to make something like that? I tried using my bluetooth keyboard and assigning the keys for games and it seems that the response is very slow for real time games. Is that the limit of the speed of bluetooth?

Too bad I don't have the resources to find out if that is possible or if such product could be made. I'm pretty sure such product is very marketable and I'm sure I'll buy one.

Any comments? :)

it probably could be made since people can make keyboards and mice for BT, it would just be getting someone with the knowledge to do it and market it
