Does Dell ship Small Business orders before Home orders?

So I got the dreaded delay email today. Ordered on 12/10 and now it says 12/23 as the expected shipping date which means I will not get it before Christmas. When I called, they told me that that was wrong too and that it would be until the 1st week of Jan. Does anyone know how they do the shipping order? Apparently it isnt first come first serve as some people are getting them in a matter of days and others are waiting months. I plan to reorder tonight to see if this one will come any quicker? I dont suppose anyone would throw me a Dellf 25% off coupon would they?
