Processor speed

I am just curious what does everyone set their processor speed at...I guess reason why I am asking is I want to be able to conserve battery and get optimal performance.

right now I'm using "Auto"
If you want full control I suggest you get a program like XCPUScalar, which will allow you to set threshold levels for the different clock speeds. You can adjust them to your needs :).
