No email in my outlook personal folder

i have 3 accounts set up in outlook 2003 but none of the email shows up in the personal folders. all the email just stays in the respective folders and dosent get forewarded to the personal folder therefore dosent get synced with my x50v. i have been able to set up an account with webIS mail but i want to be able to use outlook to sync the mail
