Time won't sync properly!!!

I upgraded from Windows 98 to XP. Everything has re-sync'd fine - the date is correct, except my clock is off by 3 hours. Time zone setting is correct on my X50. I manually adjust my clock on the handheld, but everytime I sync it throws it off by 3 hours again. My desktop clock is the correct time as well. What gives????
