How to uninstal VBar and Magic Button?

Hi Guys,
I have Vbar and MagicButton on my x50v and now I can't uninstal them.
I tried several times and ways - with ActivSync , with PC and with Total Commander - without success .
Please give me any idea

Did you try clicking on the Start button, upper left corner of your Axim screen, go down to settings, over to System, about the bottom of the first page is a program called Add/Remove Programs? and WELCOME to Aximsite and HAPPY NEW YEAR? Worse comes to worse, simply do a hard reset......and reinstall what you want.....:)

Check the auto start group of win2003se and/ or the ticked elements of the today settings. If you find one of those programs there, delete them and soft reset. Now uninstall should work.

First exit the program! If you don't do this you arn't able the uninstall. Then proceed "settings","system"","remove""

Now VBAR (MB) is uninstalled. I always reset the device too after uninstalling.

The message says :"Uninstall unsuccessful.The program was not removed because these files are in use or are read only.Tap Start>settings>system tab>memory>running programs tab>stop all and try again."
I did this but mbutton.exe is still there and I can open MagicButton as an application.
For vbar the mesaage is : " Cannot delete 'vbar':There has been sharing violation"
May be I'll do hart reset after backup

That message means you didn't close VBAR so it won't uninstall


If you do a backup now you will also backup the problems. That is if you not only backup the data.

OK, after several attempt finally I could uninstall both - vbar and mbutton.
Thank you all for your input and I greatly appreciate your help.
