Horizontal lines on x50v screen: HELP

Hi, I am using WMP to play my wmv and when switching onto full screen (landscape), there are streaks of horizontal lines on the bottom of the screen. It will also have have the same streaks of lines even if I am running in landscape mode and not full screen. Basically , everytime that I am in landscape mode in WMP there will be horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen. I have re-encode many times but still the same. Hard reset, soft reset does not help. There is no problem at all with betaplayer. Just problem with windows media player.
