comcast wont work but msn does why?

I recently got connected via my axim 50 and am able to use an msn account but I cant us my comcast which is my primary ip, the comcast page comes up but then says I mus update Explorer and I cant link to any upgrades or downloads at the microsoft page.

any suggestions?

Not sure that the Pocketpc will support the non-standard ports.
