Trying to update my today screen

I am trying to make my today screen look like the one here

I put the .tsk file in my windows folder, the background image pops up, but all those cool looking icons do not. I don't know how to get them there.

That guy is using a program called spb pocket plus. It costs money, there are some freeware programs like it though.

To help clarify, all the .tsk file gives you is the background picture. Everything else you see on the screen is the result of other installed software.
