Outlook Messages Disapearing !!! / hardware button not working!! / Cannot Add account

Hi guys,

I did a through research on this, it seems microsoft has did a number on us! I have NOT yet found a solution to break this problem except a restore! Awful!

I had gmail pop3 account already set up.

Three problems:
:realmad:
1. When I browse to a different folder, and try to go back to the same folder where I received my messages, the messages ... disapear! Also, when it says in the today screen X number of messages unread and I go tap it, it does not go there where the message should be. Now, in the windows/messaging directory there are the messages, sure enough its there, but can't see it!
What gives???

2. Sometimes the hardware button of the message does not open outlook, I had to restore from backup two times.

3. I can no longer add pop3 accounts, on the fourth step, it gives me the button to press next, but when I press it, it does not work, it goes no where!!

This is absolutely redicilous, I have no idea why this is happening. :realmad: :realmad: :realmad: :realmad:

What's the use of wifi and outlook email if can't use it!!!

HEEEEELPP!!!!!

OKAY,

I resolved it, I simply backed up all my data, hard reset and backup the mail database and restore it on it. This seems to be ok, the problem seems to arise from a corrupt database.
