how the heck do you instlal skins...i downloaded them to the SD and when i click on it it bring up the today properties but there is no option to add a theme file....

Skins, you mean themes? Today Themes?

You must put them in My Documents or in the Windows folder.

You can also create a My Documents folder on your SD card root, delete the file ignore_my_docs and put them there. Then Windows sees them and it doesn't use your onboard memory space.
