Why do programs run SOOO slow from Main Storage?

Sorry if this is a redundant or obvious topic, but i couldn't find much data on it...

When i run a skyscape nursing progam from main memory it takes about 3 seconds to look up an item.

When i run same program from "Built In Storage" (or SD card) same item takes about 14 to 14 seconds to open.

I didn't think it would be THIS drastic... really makes the programs annoying to use when they are so sluggish..

So, am i missing something? I have about 17mb free main memory for program. and 5 or 6 more for program.

Can you clarify this statement?

If the program itself is large, it is probably taking up too many resources in Main Memory. When you have too much in Storage memory, it will take away from Program memory, rendering your device slow.

may be, i answer too late.

It 's due to skyscape write its temp file to where ever the program run from.
So if the program run from the builtin storage ,it will write temp file in rom too( every one know the built in storage has very poor writing speed)

But the current skyscape has eliminate this problem.
