Microsoft Voice Command, similar to Calligrapher 7.4 functions intermittently when attempting to run it concurrently with wi-fi or bluetooth on the X50V. Throw Voice Command into the previously documented Calligrapher issue and you wind up with a 6 step workaround complete with a gregorian chant.
Voice Command
should allow me to instantly call up an Outlook contact, Calligrapher
should allow me to handwrite notes into the contact on the fly and wi-fi
should enable me to synch the contact back to my Exchange Server for the use of others in my work group.
What's particularly frustrating is that my 2 year old IPAQ 3875 (half the RAM) handles this combination of apps without a hitch.
This RAM utilization issue on the X50v is getting old and is a burning candidate for a ROM upgrade. VGA is great, but not at the expense of personal productivity.
C'mon Dell...whatcha gonna do, barbecue or mildew?
