Worried Need advice on Task / To-Do app

Hello everyone,

I am getting used to my new x50v. So far, all pretty darn good. I am currently using Pocket Informant, which seems great for calendar and contacts. I also use TimeTTracker to keep track of my projects as I actually do them, and how I wish they would update their program for full VGA support.

But my weakness is tasks. I have a lot of them. I direct theater productions, run my own small business, and keep track of all my personal tasks as well. What I want is a program that works well with my existing apps and allows me to really manage these tasks. Assigning them to groups, sub-tasking a single task, etc...

Unfortunately, I don't have much time to search high and low, so even if it is a bit of a repeat of information, I am hoping someone here can offer some good advice.

Again, it is important that this app plays nice with Pocket Informant. Like no duplicating tasks when synching or something like that.

Thanks in advance all!

IMHO, PI Today is the perfect companion for PI. You can do search at Handango or Pocketgear sites. Another option which works very well for me is a program called List Pro. Don't think it's just another list program. You can import/export tasks from your pocket PIM. Also you can group them by category and set date for completion etc. Also there is a nice feature where you can enter note to your task. They do offer 30 days free trial. Another nice thing is List Pro has desk top companion. So if you are into entering lot of data, it would be easier to enter on desktop and just sync with PPC. Hope this helps.

ListPro is the best to-do app I have EVER used. That is one of my favorite, "can't live without" kind of apps. It has everything that you have described that you need. Hope that helps :)
