How can I reformat my built in storage? I got Flash Reformat but it doesnt see it. I was thinking it would help it out a bit to give it a quick cleaning. Also why is it 128mb but we only see around 91.43 mb?

No, you can not reformat your BIS with a program like that. Why do you need to?
The 128MB of ROM is the space used by the Operating System, plus, the space you have available for the BIS. You only get the left over space to store information.
nuts... Ok. while im on it i got a few more questions i havent found an answer to or i missed.. first one i remember is how do i reskin WMP10? I got hotmedia skin or whatnot and well no idea how to install it. I put it with the other skin files (programfiles\windowsmediaplayer10\) something like that but it still wasnt showing up as a changeable skin.
