Can anyone tell me if its possible to video conference with the X50v?

If so what kind of equipment would I need, and how would it work?, my X50v is comming with a free GSM/GPRS reciever which takes a sim card, would this mean I would be able to video conference at the same speed as a dedicated video phone such as the 3G phones?

If its possible, what sort of speeds can be exspected visually wise?

Also I was wondering if I wanted to send/recieve text messages and browse the web through GRPS would I simply have to insert a pay as you go sim card into my GSM/GPRS reciever?, or is it far more complicated than that?
