Demanding to be thanked is kind of silly.

My point is that he dismissed perfectly good information, which he ended up following, in the order given. Dismissed simply because it did not present itself in dry textbook format.

You may have given the same steps as the Dell guy did, but I never honored your advice. So really you didn't help me at all. If you would have given the advice in a more explict manor, I might have taken it. My point is that you shouldn't try yo confuse people, just give easy to follow instructions. The way you post looks like spamming, and people don't take kindly to spamming. The point of this site is to help people, if people can't understand what and mainly why you are suggesting to do something they will never take you seriously. Not to be mean, but I just ignored your post for the sheer fact of you didn't seem like someone that was acctully trying to help. Just try to explain yourself a little more next time.
