How to adjust appointment time to new time zone

I am very new to PDA and have this question:

I have to travel to various time zone, how do I get my calendar to adjust all my schedule to the zone that I will be traveling to? (e.g. current have an 8:00am PST, I will be in NYC later today and would like the PDA to automatically adjust the 8:00am PST to 11:00 EST).

I believe if you go to settings---->system tab---->clock & Alarms---->Time, you will find a setting for "visiting time zone". If you switch to that zone, you will get a message that says the appointment times will shift to match the new time zone.
