Syncing files to SD

Just wondering if anyone knows how to sync files onto the SD card instead of the My documents folder on the main memory which is what happens now.

I've lately begun to use Rubber Stamped Data Sync for this purpose. And it has the added advantage of adding nothing to take up precious memory on your handheld. The link is:

I go to copy this file in my documents and then it asks where to copy to , then I go to mobile device and select sd card.

I will try rubberstamp then when the trial is over I will try mightysync and then pick between the two. Thanks.
