Well yeah, 0.9 is free, but it has a really annoying popup every couple pages/actions, whereas the 0.8 (not 8.0 >< ) is without naggers. I guess I could try dl'ing 0.9 and compare.

Looking for a search program, not one for searching the web but for searching files on my PDA.

To explain...I have a ton of rtf/htm files on my PDA that I read with UBook, but I would like a way to search for titles and content within the rtf or htm as needed. I would prefer a VGA supported program as I use VGA all the time, but even if it is not VGA supported still interested in checking it out.

If no one knows of any ready made programs then I might try and look into writing a php or java script that could do it, but I'm just not sure if windows mobile would support this sort of stuff and if so are their an stipulations or restrictions that I would need to keep in mind.

Any clues, help or information on this would be greatly appreciated....thanks!

Nice program, I've been looking for something like this for quite sometime. Being an open-source developer myself I was even thinking of making my own app for while but i seems there no need for that now :approve:

Anyway an icon for the program would be great instead of the standard .exe icon you get now. Also the currency coverting didn't work until I went to the currency tab and clicked on the "Default" button, could be that you missed to initate some variable properly.

Thank you very much for your feedback and your nice comments. Unfortunately the application icon disappeared as soon as I used the res2exe for the VGA resolution and I can’t bring it back. If you have a solution for this I would really appreciate it.

As for the currency converter, I have passed the initial values to the xml file. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app from my device and it worked straight away. When you say it did not work did you get a message or there was some kind of an exception? Remember that you have to select a currency (e.g. USD to GBP) or you will get a message ‘No currency selected’. Finally when you first install are there any values in the Rates tab?
