All I did was extract it, and copy it over to my x50v. It worked fine. Not sure what you did, but I had no problems running it. Again, with optimization it can turn into something nice. But it is a start.

You can also try Yeti3D.

This is a great program in the making as well. Runs well on my x50V.

Although the HX4705 beats the X50v in some of the benchmarks, the ATI chip is only a 2D accelerator. The X50v is the only PPC on the market right now with full 3D acceleration. Go Dell!

Duke Nukem 3D is also available for the Pocket PC and smartphone. It runs smooth and even with pocket pc controls is pretty playable.

I can't seem to be able to get yeti to work. Does it have to be put in the root directory? Also, how does the hss.dll file work? I've seen this file before but don't know what it is. Thanks, AximLegionnaire

Naw, you can't do 3d with a SNES (wire models maybe, not 3d environments though). Hence DIII is completely out of the question.

With the x50v you can do some pretty nice 3D so a game like Ghost Recon is a very real possibility. Granted it won't look as good as it does on an x800, but it will still look nice for a handheld.

That kind of game is a very real possibility, unlike DIII and SNES.

I think you can put the Yeti3D exe anywhere, I have it on /SDCard/Games/Yeti. Just put the dll in the same directory as the exe.
