help my x50 keeps hard reseting it self

what is going on ,,,, ?? it keeps hard resetting itself in other words when i turn it on ...i get the dell screen for minuts and minutes ... if i take the battery out or something it hard resets...

if it hard resets when you take the battery out your backup battery probably isnt charged,

just put the unit on the charger and let it charge for awhile, then look on the power status screen (in settings) and see if the backup battery says normal
