How to customize the percentage of battery low

The power button is blinking while the battery is about 15%-20% left, feel uncomfortable. where can I customize the percentage of the battery low warning? Say the power button not blinking or only blinking when the battery is 5% left.

Thanks in advance for your any advices.

.......and it's not advisable to let your battery drain below 20% too often. it will shorten the overall life expectancy.

LiIon Batteries like to be kept topped off as often and for as long as possible.
