Pocket Slay and Pocket Conquest
Those are my favorite games, but they do not run well on the X50v. I contacted the creator, and he has no plans at this time to upgrade the games. I tried using Tweak's VGA Brute Force, but did not like the results.

Has anyone found a way to play these 2 games on the x50v?

Conquest works fine on my x60v. What is wrong on yours? Slay is not really playable, which is a pity since I sued to play it all the time.

oh...they are both playable, just not well. Very sluggish, takes forever for each move and scrolls very slowly. Playes about half as fast as it did on the X5 and X30

Are you using the GAPI hack?

if you mean Gapi VGA, and do I put it in QVGA mode, yes. I have tried it both ways with no luck

yes, to Kill a Mockingbird is one of my favorite books

No, the games are not free, but not too expensive, and very worth it....excpet on the X50v...lol

Well thanks to Pocket Conquest I havn't been able to accomplish anything today

I have not been able to put it down. However I do see what you mean about it being sluggish to scroll, and the lag in the buttons screwed me over so many times! ARG! However I still love the game and am tempted to purchase it, however I am rediculously cheap. I think it has some nice options in it though. Is there a limited amount of days the trial works?

As for fixing the problem I have no ideas, as it worked well enough for me to play it, and that is good enough for me. I was very disappointed in its lack of True VGA compatibility (I see like 2 maps and a half of 2 more )
