X50V Audio Hiss

I have an X50v and play back of MP3s and use of the BT headset all have this major background hiss. Is this normal? Is anyone else experiencing this?
Any thoughts re. a fix?

I have X50mix installed
and have tried 3 diff headphones and 3 diff players

I have not heard of any hiss being normal, but I would highly recomend emulamers equalizer program. Look at my View MyPDA for the link. It will greatly enhance your listening pleasure!

Update, the link is not working... Just do a search on X50mix for his eq program. It might help it out.
