Question X50 and Instant Messanger

I am having trouble finding a version of Yahoo's IM for my X50. Can anyone help?

Agile Messenger (Google will help you find it) is free and supports YIM, but I don't like it much. I don't know whether or not there's a standalone version of YIM...

Yahoo no longer supports PPC IM. Agile Messenger is the way to go. :approve:

still waiting for a new version of agile messenger...the current one, though usable, still has quite a few bugs ><

I tried agile. It look great but for a reason I don't know, I can't connect.

I connected to ICQ the first time, but I can't reconnect anymore (trying to connect for minutes with nothing. I can’t get MSN to connect either. (My MSN messenger work great)

Strange.

Agile Messenger, at www.agilemobile.com is the best thing one out there. It supports AIM, ICQ, Yahoo!, and MSN. I use it and haven't had a problem!

Agile Messenger either takes long or just never connects for me. I got fed up with it so I went with an old version of AIM for PPC.

The problem that most of you have with Agile is that you close out of the program using the "X" instead of through the menu on the bottom of the screen. For some unknown reason, Agile really doesn't like that, and won't log in again until you do a soft-reset.

So, either close out of Agile using the menu option, or soft-reset after using it. Then it will work fine.

There are a few cases where a buddy doesn't show up on my list with Agile, and I have no idea of what to do about that, but I'm not too worried about it. PPC isn't the best IM platform anyway, unless you're hauling around a keyboard with you.
