The problem is actually with http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio/aod/ when playing the previously recorded shows. When viewing on a desktop, there is the option to open the feed in realplayer, however, this option isn't available in PIE.

It is still possible to save the .ram file (basically just a link to the stream) on the desktop then copy and open it on the axim.

Some of the shows don't have this option, so there is no way to listen to them on the axim that I have found.

That I can't help with. My BBC Radio favorites are MP3 files.

I'm into Old Time Radio and some of the scariest OTRadio stuff I've every listened to came from the BBC.

Thanks Zero. I'd worked out this technique just before reading your post. I think I'll have a go at writing a program that sucks out all the links from the radio player page and sticks them into a page of my own where they do show up!

I've also e-mail the BBC to make them aware of the problem.
