MultiIE over bluetooth cell phone a power hog ?

I am using MultiIE with a UMTS cell connection, set to IE 6. Loading a site on one window makes browsing an already loaded page in the other quite slow. Is there any way around this, or any valid (VGA compatible) alternatives to MultiIE ?

As I understand MultyIE just opens another instance of Explorer, it's not like it is a real tab browsing, so it is like openings a new app , and it does drain cpu (=power). i think, until Opera optimizes its mobile browser for PPC we don't nave any alternative, I know about. (not even NetFront)
