Had to delete everything..

Okay, so I was playing bejeweled 2(I HATE THIS GAME NOW!) and my x50v just FROZE. Well, I eventually had to perform a hard reset and since my adapter isn't working (I need to get a replacement, anyone know the number?) i've been moving files from my comp to my ppc via IR (I can't figure out how to sync with wifi [any ideas], although I can browse my comp's files via wifi and I can share my internet connection). I had all my files and stuff saved on my CF card (which I took out so everything wouldn't get erased). How can I sync all the stuff on the card back to the axim (like get my stuff back into the programs and games folders)?
