Good news....Bad news

Well, I got in on the deal at dell.ca for an Axim x50v for $399 Cdn, plus an extra battery for $60, and saw that it was shipped out on the 14th. Should be here in a few days. YeeHaw.

As well I ordered an Innopocket Magnesium case from Honk Kong, and screen protectors, ear buds, and stylus from a shop in Toronto. (the first PDA store in Canada, so they say. Very friendly dudes)
Egads, you gotta love the internet for shopping around the world, especially when you live about 3/4 of the way up to the north pole, hehe.

Bad news is the Axim x30 Hi with accessories I ordered from ebay was shipped over three weeks ago, and it seems to have vanished into thin air. What a drag. (see reference to shopping around the world in previous paragraph, and try to justify it to the Wife)
Oh well, at least I bought insurance. Now comes the fun of trying to get your money back out of the US post office. And me up here in Canada. Maybe someday it will re-appear on my doorstep, probably about the same time the Axim750z is released, eh?
Still, I guess I will have to suffer with an X50v in the meantime, hehehe

No Problem. I wish they were "just up the street" from me. I live in Northern Alberta, everything has to be ordered, and you hope you have ordered the right stuff without ever seeing it. Have to rely a lot on forums like these.
