ActiveSync Problems

I recently got my x50v and I can't get it to sync with my home computer. When I connect it to the cradle the icon turns green for about 1 sec then it goes gray and activesync says device not detected.

I took the cradle to work and I was bale to sync it there fine. I have tried uninstaling and reinstalling activesync and restarting the axim.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

happened to me last night after having my axim for 2 months now. I just rebooted the axim and it started syncing again.

It could be your USB port. They can be problematic with ActiveSync. You should try a different port. If your computer has them in both the front and back, try the opposite side. If that doesn't work, a powered hub sometimes will connect when the main port does not. Also, if you haven't downloaded and installed ActiveSync 3.8, you can try it.
