Positive Feedback for Dell
I received my Axim X50v a couple of weeks ago and have had continuing issues with the battery and screen. I contacted Dell Customer/Tech Support on Friday, March 18, and after a short Q&A they decided to replace the unit.
On Monday, March 21 just before Noon, the new unit arrived. I'm just in a position to power up, load my software and sync; but assuming the new unit resolves my prior issues, then I have to give Dell very high marks.
I've been using Dell products for a number of years, and, fortunately, I've had no issues that weren't resolved satisfactorily by Dell. My only qualm the past couple of years has been a few minor communication problems with the Indian call center staff. But it's never prevented a resolution.
I hope everyone else can have the success with support I have.
