Hmm Live365 or Shoutcast on the Pocket PC, anyone know how?

Hello,

I'm trying to get streaming audio onto my Pocket PC from Live365 and or Shoutcast. Anyone do this before? I downloaded GSPlayer from this location which is suppose to be able to do this stuff:

http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA032810/

The problem is that I'm not sure how to point to a specific channel and there is zero documentation available for this nice FREE little program. If there is another way to do it, maybe even using Windows Media Player please let me know. Please be specific because if anyone responds with a one line answer of "yeah, it can do it". POW!!! Right in the kisser I'm just kidding, but details would help save a million of back and forth reposts.

So, please, help me and millions of other PDA owners get streaming audio onto their Pocket PC.

Oh, and I already pursued the "Beta Live365 Player" which no longer exists.

GSPlayer works great for listening to shoutcast. I'm not sure how well it will work with live365.com because I believe you have to login to their site before you can receive the stream.

I actually got it working with Live365.com using the same technique as presented by matthewp a few posts above. It works exactly the same way and you only have to register to use some of the channels. If you register you can also take advantage of a higher bitstream but, 56K is perfect for my needs. But, every station that I picked so far is awesome (without registering).

It's like having XM radio now as I can take my x50v, my unlimited t-mobile GPRS internet account, my Bluetooth phone, my headphone jack to cassette adapter in my car and receive 1,000's of channels for free. It's pretty darn cool and is working pretty well so far. Yeah, it might sound like a lot of hoops but really isn't that bad and I already carry that stuff with me wherever I go so it's no problem.

Sorry XM radio, this is free.
